Warning on counterfeit products!

Aimtec has confirmed that counterfeit versions of its DC/DC converters are being manufactured and sold, by unauthorized distributors, to unsuspecting customers in various regions around the world. "While the company continues to thoroughly investigate their sources," states Vladimir Serafimov, President of Aimtec Inc., "we must warn customers of the quality and reliability risks associated with the use of counterfeit products."

Because distinguishing authentic from counterfeit can be difficult, many customers are unaware that they are purchasing counterfeit products.

Authentic Aimtec products are available exclusively from authorized Aimtec distributors. Aimtec's technical support and 2 year product warranty are provided solely for Aimtec products purchased from one of their authorized distributors.

Authorized distributor in Ukraine is BIS Electronic.

The company cautions customers from purchasing products from any source other than those listed on its website and warns that products purchased from an unauthorized distributor will not be supported by the company warranty.
